Wellspring Australia campers participate in a wide range of adventure activities, as well as traditional sports and games. The goal is to increase activity level at camp and to foster a love of activity for when campers return home.

Every day, campers will exceed their daily activity goal of 10,000 steps, typically achieving 20,000 or even 30,000 steps. The increased level of activity produces dramatic weight loss.
Aerobics and fitness training are a focus of Wellspring Australia to ensure that all campers continue with their new active lifestyle once they return home.
